In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of;

250m Row or 200m run

10 Overhead Squats + 5 Bar Over Burpees

5 DB Atomic Situps (20/35/50 lbs)
* Overhead squat for RX will be NO LESS than 50% of Part B
