Run 100 Meters

10 DB Power Clean and Jerk (5 Each Arm) (53/35/20)

4 Full Rounds each:

10 KB Swings (53/35/25)

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

5 Wall Ball Sit UPs (20/14)
