In teams of 2, complete the following for time;

i. Alternating full rounds, complete 3 rounds each of;

15 Hang Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)

10 Box Jumps

5 Russian Twists – slow count- w/ DB (50/35 lbs)

**** REST 2 MINUTES ****

ii. Alternating every 200m, complete a total of an 800m run (2 runs each)

**** REST 2 MINUTES ****

iii. Alternating full rounds, complete 3 rounds each of;

15 KettleBell Swings

10 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)

5 Atomic Situps (50/35 lbs)
