20 DB SDHP

10 Hand Release Push Ups

In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

15 Box Jumps Overs / Step Overs

15 Russian KB Swings

15 ABmat Situps
~ Each amrap will begin with a 300M run (equally divided, in whatever denomination) with the running partner carrying a wall ball

~ If the ball drops, it will be a 5 burpee penalty for each team

~ Partners may do the amrap’s in any order

~ Scaling options will be discussed in Pre-WOD movement demonstrations
