Spend 10 minutes attacking any skill you would like.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of;

10 Push Ups

10 Toe 2 Bars

10 Box Jumps

10 Kettlebells
*Only one partner may work at a time on the AMRAP

*While partner A is working the AMRAP, Partner B will be running a 400m run.

*When Partner B returns, each member will complete 1 rope climb before Partner A begins the run and Partner B picks up the AMRAP where A left off.

*The Rope climbs are NOT included in the rep count, only the task to be able to switch runners.
