15 PVC Good Mornings (5 left, 5 right, 5 center)

B: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

5 Snatches (95/65)

5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

5 Toes to Bar

Rest 3 minutes between sets, and complete a total of five sets.

C: Skill Session – 15 minutes

Utilize 15 minutes to work a skill that is gymnastics related (pull ups, toe 2 bar, hand stand push ups, pistols)
