Snatch + Overhead Squat x 3 reps

Rest 2 -3 minutes between sets.
*Spend time in rest phase working on single / double overhead walking lunge with KB or DB

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

Compete 4 rounds for time of;

6 Hang Cleans (135/95 lbs)
