*Today’s partner WOD is primarily for those that already have a Fran time. I would strongly encourage those of you that don’t, to tackle Fran as a solo Metcon. It has been added on the Whiteboard

In teams of 2 complete 42-30-18 of the following for time;

Pull Ups
* Only one partner works at a time, break up the movements however you would like.

* While Partner A works, Partner B must hold their barbell. No work can be performed with the barbell on the ground. Barbell may be held in any position (back rack, front rack, etc) so long as it does not touch the ground while reps are being accumulated.

*If the barbell touches the ground, all work must stop until it is reracked.
