A: Warm Up (No Measure)
600 M run followed by 2 rounds of;
10 PVC Passovers
10 Push ups
10 Pull ups
10 Toy Soldiers
B: Clean (E2MOM – 20 minutes (10 sets))
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets) of:
Clean x 1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
*1st set should be around 60% of 1RM
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Ground to Overhead (185/135 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
