40 Double Unders (or 120 singles)

10 Box Jumps

10 Med Ball Squat Cleans
Rest exactly 3 minutes and then complete Part 2 with a partner

B:2: Baseline Test (Time)

500m Row

40 squats

30 situps

20 pushups

10 pullups

With a Partner, 16 min AMRAP:

10 Atomic Sit-ups w/ Plate

20 Overhead Plate Lunges

30 KB Swings

30 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

2 Rope Climbs
