With a Partner, 20 min AMRAP:

100 Wall Balls

100 Push-ups

100 DUs or 300 singles

100 Lunges

100 Sit-ups
* One partner works at a time. Divide reps with partner as you see fit.

* There is no Rx weight for the Med ball (it may be 20/14/10/6).

Skill Work

Use the remaining time to work on any skill that you’d like to develop for the Open.
