A: Athletes Choice – 15 (No Measure)
Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.
B: Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
Four rounds for max reps of:
2 minutes of Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
Rest 60 seconds
2 minutes o of Hand Release Push-Ups
Rest 60 seconds
2 minutes of of Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Rest 60 seconds
Perform in teams of two; One partner working at a time. Divide the reps however you choose. Both rest for 60 seconds together. Track scores as a team for each round.
