B: Thruster (5-4-3-2-1)

Spend 20 minutes working thruster technique. Then, on a 5 minute running clock, find your 1 rep max.

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Push Presses (95/65 lbs)

10 Hanging Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)

10 Burpees Over the Barbell
