Utilize 15 minutes to work a skill that is gymnastics related (pull ups, toe 2 bar, hand stand push ups, pistols)
*This is also an opportunity for a 16.3 run or redo as needed.
C: Jerk Werk (Skills and Drills 1×1)
Take 10 minutes to practice Jerk Footwork and Jerk Technique Drills
D: Split Jerk (E2MOM -10 Minutes)
Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Jerk x 1 rep
Build to today’s heavy single.
E: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Three sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Push Press (155/105 lbs)
60 seconds of Box Jumps (24/20″)
60 seconds of Rest
