B: Push Press (3-3-3-3-3)
Five sets of:
Push Press x 3 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 3, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 Calories of Rowing
10 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
As soon as the Concept 2 is available, the next teammate jumps on and starts his/her 20 cals.
*teams of 2 will substitute fastest row time to mimic partner #3.
