Take 10 minutes to practice Jerk Footwork and Jerk Technique Drills
* Hit 10 perfect reps

Weightlifting

C: Split Jerk (E2MOM – 10 Minutes)

Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

Jerk x 1 rep

Keep all five sets between 75-90%

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
