Weightlifting

B: 3-Position Clean

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):

3-Position Clean

(high hang, mid-thigh, and then from the floor)
~ Hang onto the bar through the sequence and it may NOT rest on the ground for the last pull

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

6 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)

12 Toes to Bar
