Run 400 meters

15 toe touches

15 leg swings each leg

15 butt kick holds

2 Rounds

10 Jumping pull-ups

10 hip extensions

10 air squats

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Four sets of:

Deadlift x 6 reps

Rest 30 seconds

Handstand Push-Ups x 12 (consecutive or accumulated)

Rest 2 minutes
DL Weight should be around 1.5x your bodyweight and make an effort to touch and go (unbroken).

1 ’round’ equals the 6 Deadlifts + 12 HSPU.

Metcon (Time)

In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete five each of:

155/105 lbs Hang Power Cleans x 5 reps

100 Meter Run
