Warm Up (No Measure)

600m Run then 3 rounds of;

10 Box Jumps (20)

10 Squats

10 Push Ups

10 PVC Pass Overs

Death By Double Unders (Total Reps)

In the first minute perform 5 double unders. In the second minute perform 10. Continue to add 5 double unders per minute until you are unable to complete the required reps within the alotted time.
*if you fail prior to 10 minutes, attempt to complete your last successful round every minute until the clock hits 10 minutes or when the last athlete is finished. Add up total reps.
