Take 10 minutes and spend it on mobility. Use rollers, lax balls, bands, and whatever else you need to work out the ‘kinks’ of the week.

In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete ten rounds total of:
10 “Hang Clusters” (95/65)
10 Burpees
Run 300 Meters
(Partner A performs 10 hang “Clusters”; Partner B performs 10 burpees; Partner A runs 300 Meters; Partner B performs 10 hang “Clusters”; etc…. A “Cluster” is a Hang Squat Clean into a Thruster)
