21 Minute AMRAP
Working with a Partner, complete:
21 Lunges
21 Push-ups
21 Box Jumps (24/20/12)
21 Kettlebell Swings*
21 Air/Goblet Squats*
Divide reps with partner your however you choose.
* There is no prescribed weight for the kettlebell swings or squats. It’s been a challenging week, so use a weight that will allow you to have good workout. For example, many will do air squats and have a great workout. Some would prefer to use a 53# kettlebell and do goblet squats. It’s athlete’s choice.
To cap off this week of honoring our veterans:
The 21 minutes and 21 reps signify a 21-gun salute; the 5 exercises represent the 5 branches of the military. Completing more than one round shows that we honor all veterans, living and deceased. Doing this with a partner signifies the bonds we aim to create with others in our community, our nation and our world to help foster love, understanding and peace.
