20 Minute AMRAP

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Take the remainder of the hour to stretch, roll and work on mobility. Our new years resolution is to be the best squatting gym in the world! Okay, a slight over embellishment, but seriously we want to have everyone squatting full depth with great form and posture. So bring on the couch and squat stretch and bring on the bands.
