In teams of 2 complete the following for time;

1 Bear Complex (115/75)

2 Wall Climbs

3 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)

4 Situps

5 Burpees

6 Push Press (115/75)

7 Pull Ups

8 Double Unders x 2

9 Wall Balls (20/14)

10 Toe to Bar

11 Burpees

12 Thrusters (115/75)

The Wod works like the 12 Days of Christmas song…you will do 1 Bear complex. Then you will do 2 Wall Climbs and 1 Bear Complex. Then you will do 3 HPC, 2 Wall Climbs, and 1 Bear Complex and so on….

The ‘mistletoe’ consists of a 45#/25# plate held overhead. The non-working partner MUST have the ‘mistletoe’ overhead while the working partner completes reps. If the weight is not overhead, no reps may be completed. There is no penalty for both partners resting without ‘mistletoe’

Break up the movements and reps in any manner.
