15 Pushups

15 PVC OHS

30 sec Handstand Hold (Wall)

B: Bench Press (1×4)

Four sets of:

Bench Press x 4

Rest 60-90 seconds

Single-Arm DB/KB Row x 10 reps

Rest 60-90 seconds

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)

100 Meter Run

10 Burpee Pull-Ups

100 Meter Run
