50 Back squats 135/95
50 Barbell lunges 135/95
Cash out: 200 double unders
Split the reps however you’d like. During the buy in, the partner not rowing must sit in the bottom of an air squat. Through out the entire workout every time the bar is dropped both partners must complete 10 burpees, 15 sit-ups, 20 hand release push-ups. During the cash out the partner not jumping rope should hold a plank position. Note, lunges can be completed however you’d like, front rack, back rack, overhead, etc.
