Spades: Wallballs 20/14

Clubs: Box jumps 24/20

Diamonds: KB swings 53/35

Hearts: Toes 2 bar

Joker: 15 burpees, running partner must complete upon their arrival back to the gym. Working partner completes 15 burpees immediately and can continue moving through the deck.

One partner runs 400 meters while the other goes through as many cards as they can. When their partner finishes the run, the working partner completes their reps, and then goes for their 400 meter run. Continue until your team has completed the deck of cards. Record your time.
