Run 400 Meters
15 Good mornings
15 PVC pass overs
15 Butt kickers
15 High knees
15 Squats
3 Rounds:
5 Jumping squats
5 Sit-ups
5 Push-ups
2: Back Squat (10,10,6,4,2)
E3MOM for 15 minutes:
10 @ 60% 1RM
10 @ 65% 1RM
6 @ 75% 1RM
4 @ 85% 1RM
2 @ 90% 1RM
3: 04/10/2014 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
7 Toes to Bar
15 minute coach led group stretch. This is recovery time and should be treated as part of the wod, not optional.
