Three sets of three.
Take 10 minutes to warm up to your first set, which will be heavy. Then E2MOM for 9 minutes complete three reps. Recommended starting weight 80% 1RM.

Each team has two kettlebells that can never touch the ground throughout the entire workout. If a kettlebell is ever dropped, all reps must cease and all running must stop until both kettlebells are being held again. KB 53/35
One person works on the T2B and DL while the other holds the KB, switch as needed. Both partners go on all three runs and the kettlebells go with the team, carry them as needed.
