In teams of 2, complete the following work to achieve as many rounds and reps as possible in 34 minutes:

BUY In of 200 Air Squats then AMRAP of:

60 Abmat Sit Ups

50 Hand Release Push Ups

40 Med Ball Squat Cleans (20/14)

30 Pull Ups

40 Burpees

50 Heel Over Med Ball (EA)

60 Med Ball OH Reverse Lunges (20/14)

*Split reps evenly and only one athlete is working at a time.
