2: Double-Unders

Take 12 minutes to work on double unders. If you don’t have them, work with a trainer to develop the skill. If you have them, work on sets, i.e. 30 DU EMOM or three sets of 50 consecutive etc. Who can set the record of unbroken DUs?

3: CrossFit Games Open 13.3 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12-minute AMRAP of:
150 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
90 Double-Unders
30 Muscle-ups

4: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by Ring Dips. Starting at 10 EMOM increase the reps by one.
