A: Warm-up Option (No Measure)
Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.
Weightlifting
B: Floor Wipers (10-10-10)
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
On a 2 minute running clock, complete the following for max reps:
250 Meter Row
Complete as many wall ball sit-ups as possible in the remaining time.
Rest 2 minutes between sets and complete three additional sets for a total of four scores for reps.
Rx+~ 325 Meter row & knees to elbows
