Warm-up

A: Warm-up Option (No Measure)

Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

Weightlifting

B: The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)

Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
Athletes will have 45 minutes to establish a 1 rep max across three lifts. You many start at any lift but must progress through that lift before starting another. Once the next lift has begun, athletes may not go back to a previous lift for additional attempts.
