Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps in 4 minutes of:

10 Single DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)

6 Air Squats to Target

3 Wall Wallks
Rest 1 minute and complete the AMRAP two (2) additional times picking up where you left off.
