B: Hang Power Clean & Jerk (1-1-1)

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Push Jerk (115/85 lbs)

Each time you break, perform 30 double-unders

Rest 3 minutes

Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Hang power cleans at (135/95 lbs)

Each time you break, perform 20 squats to target

Score is number of jerks in round 1 and cleans in round 2.
