Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

B: “Pick your Poison” (1-1-1)

Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.

C: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete 4 rounds each for time of;

4 Squat Snatch (65/95 lbs)

8 Bar Facing Burpees

12 Pull Ups / 12 Hang Power Cleans *

* Partners will do 12 pull ups on Rounds 1 and 3, and 12 Hang Power Cleans on Rounds 2 and 4.
