Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes of the following movements:
Partner A runs 300 Meters
Partner B (while Partner A runs):
25 Knee Ups/Sit Ups
25 Air Squats
25 Push Press (75/55)
*At any point during the wod, each team must complete a sandbag (100/75) carry of 2-200 meters, splitting distance evenly.
