The2025 CrossFit Games season kicks off with the CrossFit Open, a three-week international competition where anyone — regardless of fitness level or ability — can compete in the biggest fitness competition in history. The 2025 Open will take place from Feb 27- March 17, 2025

Athletes will need to register which begins on January 15, 2025

In preparation, I will begin to program some previous Open workouts from past events to establish our familiarity and tolerance of the programming that leads to the CrossFit Games!

6 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#

6 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

9 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#

9 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

12 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#

12 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

15 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#
