Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 15 minutes of:
250M Row
2 Shuttle Runs (25′ down and back =1) + 5 burpee Pull ups
4 Power Cleans (115/85 lb) + 8 Overhead Stationary Lunge with Plate (45/35 lb) + 4 Plate Jump Overs (on edge)
