Saturday Partner Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
4 DB Goblet Squats
3 DB Box Step overs
2 DB Thrusters
1 DB Devil Press
*Each partner must complete a full round before switching. After every 4 rounds both partners must complete a 400 meter run. Split run into 200m each.
