In teams of 2, complete the following for reps;
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible, alternating full rounds, in 7 minutes of:
3 Sand Bag Cleans Over Shoulder (100/75#)
6 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
9 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lbs)
***Rest 2 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 9.00…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible, alternating full rounds, in 7 minutes of:
3 Burpee Pull Ups
5 Hang Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)
7 Calorie Ski
