In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps in 16 minutes of:

28 Double Unders + 4 Burpee Pull Ups

12 Deadlifts (95/65 lbs) + 8 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lbs)

8 Single DB Box Step Overs (24/20 & 50/35 lb) + 1 Wall Walk
