CrossFit PPG – CrossFit
At 75 years old, Terry is the embodiment of what CrossFit truly stands for—strength, resilience, and unwavering community spirit. In the gym, he tackles every WOD with determination and grit, inspiring athletes half his age. But it’s his warmth, encouragement, and willingness to help others that make him the heart of our CrossFit PPG family. Terry reminds us all that fitness is a lifelong journey and that the bonds we build along the way are just as important as the weights we lift. We should all strive to be as dedicated, supportive, and passionate as he is and today, we celebrate him.

C: Terry’s WOD (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 19:50 of:
200M Walk with Single KB Farmer’s Carry (partners may pass off KB as needed)
75 Box Step Ups
7 Push Ups (each)
11 SDHP with KB (each)
7 Push Ups (each)
11 Strict Pull Ups
7 Push Ups (each)
11 Barbell Shoulder to Overhead (each)
7 Push Ups (each)
75 Air Squats

*Athletes are encouraged to wear the tightest t-shirt they have with bonus points for cutting off the sleeves and / or wearing GA Tech attire
*If able, please make arrangements to hang out for Happy Hour in the lobby after the 4:30pm workout to toast Terry Lee!
Partners may divide work for Step Ups, Pull Ups, and Air Squats
For the step ups and air squats, athletes may choose to hold a single KB
Suggested weight for barbell is 75/55 lbs
