3 MInutes of Assault Bike / Ski (Calories)
2 Minutes of Single DB Box Step Ups (50/35 lb & 20″ Box)
1 Minute of Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
**Rest 2 Minutes and repeat while alternating the Bike / Ski (if you bike first, ski second and vice versa)
