75 Db Push Press (50/35)

50 Pull Ups

400M Run (200Ea)

100 Sit ups

75 Two Count Flutter Kicks (150 Total)

50 Knee ups

1000M/800M Row or 60/40 Cal AB

*Must switch row/AB in first and last movement.
