In teams of 2 complete the following for time (split reps evenly):

50 Pull Ups

50 Wall Balls (20/14)

50 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)

50 Push Ups

100 KBS (53/35lbs)

Every 2 minutes, starting a 0:00, 10 Burpees (5 Each)

*30 min time cap
