Complete as many round and reps in 6 minutes of:

12 Air Squat to Target

9 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs)

7 Med Ball Situps

5 Push Ups

**Rest 2 minutes and repeat the AMRAP picking up where you left off.
