C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
200M run
14 Flutter Kicks (2 count) + 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
6 Alternating Single DB Hang Clean & Jerk (50/35 lbs) + 8 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lbs)
*Run is 4 reps (1 per 50M)
