In teams of two complete the following for time:
400M Run w/ “Baby”(Split into 100’s)
100 Dubs
100 Sit Ups
100 Push ups
400M Run w/ “Baby”(split into 100’s)
75 Air Squats
75 Jumping Jacks
75 Pull Ups
400M Run w/ “Baby” (split into 100’s)
50 Box jump Overs (24″/20″)
50 Burpees
50 KB SDHP (53/35)
400M Run w/ “Baby” (split into 100’s)
*One person working at a time.
*Non-working person carries “Baby”
*”Baby” is (20/14) med ball
*If “Baby” touches ground, 10 burpee penalty for each partner.
*Split work as needed.
