Run 200 meters

10 toe touches

10 Butt kick holds each leg

10 Squats

10 PVC Pass Over

Time to “Roxanne”

2: Hang clean + Clean

Perform one hang clean and then performance one clean.
Every two minutes for 16 minutes. Work to your heaviest set. All are full squat cleans.

3: Metcon (Time)

In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, perform 30 reps each for time of:

135/95 lb Ground to Overhead
