Try to row exactly 100 meters. For every meter under or over 100 meters, complete one burpee.
2: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Handstand Push-Ups
8 Strict Pull-Ups
Rest 4 minutes
2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
15 Ring Push-Ups
15 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Rest 4 minutes
3. Complete as many calories as possible 4 minutes
3: Tabata Sit-ups (8 Rounds for reps)
8 Rounds 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest.
